Varna LLC sends individually written, one-to-one text messages to founders, co-investors, and advisors who have given us express consent to receive text messages from us. Messages relate to scheduling calls, answering questions about a potential or existing investment, and coordinating documents. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, bulk messages, or automated campaigns.
These messages are private business correspondence between Varna LLC and business contacts who have asked us to be in touch. They are not consumer financial offers. This program does not carry investment or trading advice, stock or crypto alerts, “investment opportunity” or work-from-home offers, loan, credit-repair, debt-relief or debt-collection messages, lead-generation traffic, or any other promotional or high-risk financial content. Nothing in a text message from Varna LLC is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, or investment, legal, or tax advice.
You opt in in one of three ways: (a) by checking the text message consent box on the form at damyannikolov.com and providing your mobile number; (b) by giving us your mobile number and asking us to follow up by text, in which case we confirm by asking “May I text you at this number about this?” and proceed only on a yes; or (c) by sending us a text message first, in which case we may reply within that conversation. An inbound message from you is consent for that exchange only, not for ongoing messages. Consent is never a condition of contacting us or of being considered for investment. We record the date, method, and wording of consent for every number we message, and we honor STOP immediately.
Message frequency varies. Because messages are written individually in the course of a conversation, there is no fixed schedule or recurring send.
Message and data rates may apply. Varna LLC does not charge for text messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again.

Delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent are used only for our own direct communications with you and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
